This article deals with problems of creating a performance evaluation method for projects of highway network development. Integral index NPV was chosen as an efficiency criterion; its evaluation is based on simulation of the project implementation schedule chart under the conditions of stochastic and linguistic uncertainty.

This article deals with development of formal methods and clusterization models of transport system organizations in the monitoring system for estimation of financial stability. The authors propose a combination of formal models of factor and cluster types. The factor analysis marks the main components, and the cluster analysis implements decomposition of the organization based on formal distinct features of main components.
