The algorithm of satellite radio navigating measurements providing decimeter accuracy of positioning in a mode of real time is described. The algorithm does not demand use of the additional information from other sources. The algorithm can be applied both to GPS, and to GPS + GLONASS to measurements. At use of special technics of the measurements named “the closed loop” , the algorithm allows to receive accuracy of positioning to units of centimetres.
